Throughout history tyrants have always known that to keep the masses in check they should be disarmed. Our founding fathers were brilliant enough to know this and secure our right to bear arms. It is a simple sentence “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall NOT be infringed” Emphasis is mine.
