From www.mugs.railphotoexpress.biz – Pennsylvania Railroad Locomotives E-8a's (Class EP-22 EMD) PRR #5711 & PRR #5809 are out in the bright afternoon sun for the first time after being restored at The Juniata Terminal Company In Philadelphia Pennsylvania, under the supervision of Mr. Eric Levin. The 2 Locomotives look like they were just delivered to the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1950's. The 2 restored EMD Locomotives are now ready for excursion service !
