Some of the finest classic-glass boats of the 1950s and early 1960s were produced by Dorsett, a California boatbuilder. Like other companies of the period, Dorsett offered a broad mix of runabouts and trailerable express cruisers in the 14- to 21-foot range. The coffee mug is a production of Island Boatshop, in northern Puget Sound, which has fully restored several Dorsett boats including two of the company's flagship models, the 21-foot Farallon.
